Besides our excellent curriculum and our amazing staff, Fulbright Montessori's Special Events really set us apart from other schools. We have an exciting year ahead of us! Week of the Young Child (April) The Week of the Young Child is celebrated each Spring. Fulbright Montessori honors its young children by providing a week of fun-filled activities! These activities include the Scholastic Book Fair, St. Jude’s Trike-A-Thon, a visit from the local fire department, parent reading day, and much more! Click here to see more photos.

Teacher Appreciation Week (May) As the first full week of May is designated National Teacher Appreciation Week, we spend this week honoring our wonderful teachers! The children and families at Fulbright Montessori Academy show their appreciation by presenting our teachers with a daily surprise.   Muffins with Mom (May) Fulbright Montessori Academy honors its moms by providing a special breakfast for our students and mothers in celebration of Mother’s Day! In addition, the children perform a special song for their wonderful mothers!

Donuts with Dad (June) Donuts with Dad is a special day for the children at Fulbright Montessori Academy to spend a morning with their dads! The students at Fulbright honor their fathers with a special Father’s Day song, followed by a special treat!   Kindergarten/First Grade Graduation (June) Each June we honor our graduating students through a special ceremony! The children actively participate in the ceremony by performing special songs and dances for their families. Their performance demonstrates the knowledge that they have acquired during their years at Fulbright Montessori Academy! The students are each presented with a certificate of a achievement for all of their hard work. The ceremony is followed by a family luncheon.

Family Night at Angel’s Stadium Fulbright Montessori Academy strives to build a sense of community among our families and our staff. This summer we attended an Angels baseball game together! Thanksgiving Performance and Potluck (November) During the week of Thanksgiving, the students at Fulbright Montessori Academy share a special day with their families in honor of Thanksgiving! Each classroom dresses up in costumes and performs a song and dance for their families. After the performance everyone joins together for a special Thanksgiving Lunch!   Winter Program (December) Each Winter our students and teachers work together to produce an incredible Winter Show! The Winter Program gives every child at Fulbright Montessori Academy an opportunity to perform a song and dance for his/her family! This is a heartwarming evening that no parent would want to miss!
